​This is a combination of work at the reception desk and work in and out of the office.
Ideal for someone who likes to get in touch with people and manages more things at once.

Náplň práce

Half of the day - work at the reception, ie:
Handling and switching phone calls
Care for clients and visitors of the company (greetings, refreshments)
Send, receive, record and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Employee support in administrative and organizational activities when needed
2nd half of the day - Office management
Car fleet care
Providing business travel (hotels, tickets, tickets ..)
Arranging and ordering office supplies, refreshments, toners and services
Providing an employee kitchen
Taking care of common spaces - checking their cleanliness and representativeness (newspapers, magazines, etc.)
Communication with building management
Organization of warehouse of office supplies
Various organizational and administrative activities


​Secondary education
Have a good knowledge of Czech and advanced knowledge of English both in speaking and writing
Be very reliable
Manage MS Office well
Have a representative role
Have organizational skills and know how to communicate effectively
Have experience from reception and administration
Have a driving license of Group B and experience driving in Prague
