The Oasis Florenc office building on Sokolovská street, which was exclusively rented and continues to be managed by JLL, almost completely filled the tenants.

"At the same time, I appreciate the work of the JLL project management department which has been supervising the construction of new office space over the past two years, as well as overseeing the construction works when the space was restored," adds Novák. The department also ensured complete project management during the reconstruction of common areas, including the reception from Pobřežní street."
