Jones Lang LaSalle welcomes Fraser Bowen to its EMEA business

EMEA Capital Markets team strengthened by appointment

London, 8th June 2011 - Fraser Bowen has returned to Jones Lang LaSalle’s EMEA business to work within the EMEA Capital Markets team after spending three years in the firm’s Abu Dhabi office where, as a Director of Investment Transactions, he focussed on investment advisory work across the Middle East and North Africa region (MENA).

In his new role Fraser, who will be based in London, will work with Chris Staveley and Jones Lang LaSalle’s EMEA Capital Markets team to provide commercial advice and representation across the region’s office and logistics investment markets working with clients and local teams on cross border real estate transactions.

Chris Staveley, director EMEA Capital Markets at Jones Lang LaSalle, said: “We warmly welcome Fraser to our EMEA Capital Markets team.  He has gained extensive experience, working across the Middle East and North Africa region, and his knowledge of the regional and global investment players, will no doubt help him bring fresh ideas and market leading advice to help our clients and our existing team to develop our business further across Europe.”

Before his role in MENA, Fraser worked at LXB Properties for three years where he undertook acquisitions and sales of retail assets across the UK. Prior to this he worked in Jones Lang LaSalle’s Retail Investment team in the UK.

Jones Lang LaSalle’s EMEA real estate Capital Markets team provides commercial advice and representation to clients across the region’s real estate investment markets.
