Virginie de Baere and Glyn Evans from Jones Lang LaSalle Prague promoted to National Directors, Stuart Jordan responsible for new consultancy Asset & Financial Management

Prague, 23 August 2011 – Jones Lang LaSalle Pragues announces new National Directors:
Virginie de Baere (40), that has recently relocated to the Czech Republic from Poland, has extended her current responsibilities of coordination of Property Management services across the CEE & SEE region to being responsible for Property Management services in the Czech and Slovak Republics. As Head of Property Management Czech Republic she will be closely cooperating with leaders of each section such as Pavel Kruml (industrial property management), Markéta Hodaňová (retail property management) and Jan Kotaška (office property management). Virginie de Baere will be supporting Jones Lang LaSalle Property Management services in Slovakia as well. Mrs. De Baere is a member of the Senior Property Management Executive group of responsibles for the development and growth of the property management business across CEE & SEE.

Virginie de Baere has got 13 years of professional experience in the property market, the last 10 of those spent in Central Europe. She worked for Knight Frank in Warsaw in 2003 – 2009, before she joined Jones Lang LaSalle in Warsaw.

Virginie de Baere is from Belgium where she graduated in Economics from the University of Gent. She also studied Property Appraisal and Management at Sheffield Hallam University in the UK, a course accredited by the RICS (The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors). She is fluent in French, Dutch, English and Polish. Her hobbies are golf and skiing.   
Glyn Evans (33) has been appointed Director of Project & Development Services for CEE & SEE. In this regional role he will be closely cooperating with the heads of Project & Development Services in each country (with Mr. Pavel Kašík in the Czech Republic for example) and focusing business development and providing senior consultancy to the clients in this region. Glyn Evans has over 10-year experience in real estate, since joining King Sturge´s London office in 2000. Since 2005 Glyn Evans has been based in Prague, responsible for coordinating Project Management & Building Surveying across the Central- and Eastern European region. 
Glyn Evans is from the United Kingdom where he graduated in Building Surveying from Leeds University. He became a member of the RICS (The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) in 2002 and was elected chairman of RICS Czech Republic in 2009. Glyn Evans speaks partly Czech. His hobbies are golf and cinema.    
Stuart Jordan (30) will join the new Asset & Financial Management department, a new Central European business line coordinated by Jason Sharman and Rory Mepham from Jones Lang LaSalle in Warsaw. Stuart Jordan will focus on delivering asset management services and strategy to new clients across the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Stuart Jordan is from the United Kingdom where he graduated in Real Estate Management from the Nottingham Trent University. He is an accredited member of the RICS (The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and brings with him six-years of Central European real estate experience from both property consultancy and client side roles. He speaks partly Czech.
