Promotions at Jones Lang LaSalle Prague


Prague, 22 February 2012 – Jones Lang LaSalle is pleased to announce recent promotions in its Prague office.  

Eva Švecová (30) has been promoted to Project Manager in the Project & Development Services Department at Jones Lang LaSalle in Prague. Eva started to work for JLL in 2008 being responsible for occupiers relocations and/or fit-out works, and since then, she has successfully relocated various businesses and companies amongst which included: Teva, pharmaceutical company, to Futurama Business Park; coordinated fit-out works within the enlarged premises in the Prague Gate office building for merged companies Stanley and Black&Decker and relocated the research and commercial centre of Gemalto in BBC Villas. 
Eva Švecová graduated from the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague in 2006. During her studies she spent a few semesters in Universität für Bodenkultur in Vienna and Utah State University in the USA. She is fluent in English and her hobbies are cycling, triathlons, architecture and design.

Jaroslav Chalupka (29) has been named Senior Investment Analyst in the Capital Markets Department at Jones Lang LaSalle. After completing his university studies in 2006, he joined DTZ, property consultancy, as an Investment Analyst. Between 2008 and 2010 he studied in Sydney, Australia, and upon his return to Prague he started to work for Jones Lang LaSalle, also as Investment Analyst. Recently, he has provided advisory on the following real estate transactions: the sale of Futurama Business Park in Prague 8, the sale of Palác Anděl in Prague 5, the sale of Olympia shopping centre in Brno or the sale of Lozorno Logistics Park in Slovakia.

Jaroslav Chalupka graduated from the Silesian University in Opava. He is fluent in English and Spanish. He enjoys various sports and travelling.

Zdeněk Špaček (29) was also promoted to Senior Investment Analyst in the Capital Markets Department at Jones Lang LaSalle Prague. Zdeněk has been active on the Prague property market since 2007 when he joined King Sturge, property consultancy. He used to work in the Investment team in the Prague office, as well as in London headquarters. After successful merger with Jones Lang LaSalle in 2011, Zdeněk joined its Capital Markets team and was working on, among others, the following real estate transactions: the acquisition of the Futurama Business Park in Prague 8, the sale of Panattoni D5 Logistics Centre close to the City of Stříbro or the sale of Flóra shopping centre in Prague 3.

Zdeněk Špaček graduated from the University of Economics in Prague and Sheffield Hallam Nottingham Trent University in Great Britain. Since 2010, he has been a member of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors). Zdeněk is fluent in English. He likes sport, especially mountain biking and ice hockey).
