Czech Post Opens its Logistics Centre at Business Park Rudná

Prague, 12 March 2012 – The new logistics centre of Česká pošta will be located in Business Park Rudná, the largest industrial park in Prague West.
„Česká pošta has been implementing a new logistics strategy which will make goods distribution quicker and more effective. Across the Czech Republic, Česká pošta is building a network of distribution centres that are to serve the adjacent region. The centre at Business Park Rudná is the fourth of its kind in the Czech capital and by far the largest one,“ comments Petr Krhounek, COO at Česká pošta Prague Region.

Česká pošta has leased a total of 4,100 sqm in Business Park Rudná, Hall 15. The leasing process was managed by Jones Lang LaSalle.    
About Business Park RudnáThe first warehouses of  Business Park Rudná were completed in 1997. Over the past 15 years, the park has grown to 20 halls offering a total of 150,000 sqm of modern industrial premises. Its main tenants include logistics, production and retail companies. Business Park Rudná is owned by Heitman global property fund and is managed/leased byJones Lang LaSalle.
