Project & Development Services at Jones Lang LaSalle in Prague become the first fully LEED accredited project management team in the Czech Republic  

All members of the Project & Development Services team received the LEED Green Associate certificate   

Prague, 13 June 2012 - The Project & Development Services team at Jones Lang LaSalle Prague has been successfully accredited by the U.S. Green Building Certification Institute and all of its members are qualified as LEED Green Associates, which helps them to provide consultancy on sustainable development.

Glyn Evans (34), Director of Project & Development Services for CEE, became a LEED Green Associate in February 2012. Glyn has more than twelve-year experience in both the British and CEE property markets. After completing his studies at Leeds Metropolitan University in the UK, he joined King Sturge in London. In 2005, he moved to the Czech Republic, having started to work for its Prague office. After the merger with Jones Lang LaSalle last year, he has been responsible for P&DS services for various property portfolios across Central and Eastern Europe. He has been working for Parkridge ED Fund, Heitman and WP Carey to name but a few.

Pavel Kašík (35), Head of Project & Development Services Jones Lang LaSalle Czech Republic, obtained his LEED Green Associate certificate in February 2012. After completing his studies at the Czech Technical University in Prague, he worked for CzechInvest for four years. He joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 2007 being responsible for overall project management, fit-outs, technical project monitoring and technical due diligence. Pavel delivers full project management services in close cooperation with the Corporate Solutions team, including consultancy on technical aspects of new premises, overall cost estimates and project length as well as tenders for suppliers of design and construction work. Among his clients are 3M, KIT Digital, CA Technologies, Lenovo and GlaxoSmithKline. 

Eva Švecová (31), Project Manager in the Project & Development Services Department at Jones Lang LaSalle in Prague, received her LEED Green Associate certificate in June 2012. Eva began working for Jones Lang LaSalle in 2008, being responsible for occupier relocations and/or fit-out works, and since then, she has successfully relocated various businesses and companies among which included: Teva, pharmaceutical company, to Futurama Business Park; coordinated fit-out works within the enlarged premises in the Prague Gate office building for merged companies Stanley and Black&Decker and relocated the research and commercial centre of Gemalto in BBC Villas. Eva graduated from the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague in 2006.  

Lukáš Vrána (32), Project Manager for Jones Lang LaSalle in Prague, obtained the LEED Green Associate certificate in April 2012. Lukáš graduated from the Technical University in Brno and since then has been working on the Czech real estate market. He previously worked for real estate companies Bestsport and Ablon. He joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 2011 and has been working for White and Case, Harsco, Deutsche Pfandbriefbank and 3M.
