Promotions at Jones Lang LaSalle Prague   


Prague, 23 July 2012 – Jones Lang LaSalle Prague is pleased to announce following promotions: 

Kevin Turpin (38), Head of Research for Central & Eastern Europe (CEE), has been promoted to National Director. Kevin Turpin has been active on the Czech and CEE property markets for more than 7 years now, currently coordinating property market research in 7 countries (Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Croatia and Serbia). He regularly provides consultancy services to clients which have included Erste Group Immorent, Penta, Hochtief Development and AIG Lincoln. Being a LEED Green Associate, Kevin Turpin also has an interest in promoting sustainable development in CEE. Kevin Turpin holds a HNC in Computer Science from Ruskin University in the UK. He speaks Czech at an intermediate level.   

Luděk Havelka (41), Head of Finance at Jones Lang LaSalle Prague, has been promoted to Associate Director. Luděk Havelka has 15-year experience in financial management. He has been working for Jones Lang LaSalle since 2008 and has been responsible for finance and operations. Luděk Havelka graduated from  the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Charles University and Institute of Financial Administration in Prague. Luděk Havelka is fluent in English.   

Ondřej Novotný (33), Head of Research at Jones Lang LaSalle Prague, has also been promoted to Associate Director. Having graduated from the University of Economics in Prague, he worked as an analyst for the Korean Chamber of Commerce for 5 years. At the beginning of 2008 he joined King Sturge where he worked as a real estate market analyst. After the merger of King Sturge and Jones Lang LaSalle last year, Ondřej Novotný was named Head of Research. Currently he specialises in both commercial and residential property markets as well as in feasibility studies. Ondřej Novotný speaks English fluently.
