New Leases Signed in Industrial Parks in Prague West  

Prague, 7 January 2013 – The Industrial Agency of Jones Lang LaSalle in Prague completed two important lease transactions in Prague West, towards the end of 2012:    
Foodish, a food wholesaler, has enlarged and extended its lease within Business Park Rudná to 1,850 m2 in total. Apart from the existing storage, which Foodish currently has in Business Park Rudná, the company intends to open a new pasta production line.  
Danish company Orifarm, importing generic drugs and dietary supplements, has leased 8,000 m2 of industrial space and 1,000 m2 of office space in the Tulipan Park Hostivice. The storage in Hostivice becomes the base for the company´s further expansion to other CEE markets. 

About Business Park Rudná
The first warehouses of  Business Park Rudná were completed in 1997. Over the past 15 years, the park has grown to 20 halls offering a total of 150,000 m2 of modern industrial premises. Its main tenants include logistics, production and retail companies. Business Park Rudná is owned by Heitman global property fund and is managed by Jones Lang LaSalle.   
About Tulipan Park Hostivice
Tulipan Park Hostivice is located in the Western part of Prague, close to the Prague ring road and R6 highway (direction Karlovy Vary). It offers tens of thousands m2 of industrial space with background offices, which satisfies a large number of potential tenants from transport, logistics or light manufacturing. There are three independent owners of the property (Damco, Standard Life and Segro), Orifarm leased space in the Damco building.      ​
