Foxconn Czech Republic Expanding in Pardubice

Prague, 4 February 2013 – The Industrial Agency at Jones Lang LaSalle closed a large leasing transaction of 15,500 m2 of industrial space and 1,000 m2 of office space in CTPark Pardubice on 31 January 2013. Foxconn, a renowned PC and electro devices contract manufacturer, has finalised a new lease within CTPark Pardubice. Foxconn has been present on the Pardubice market since 2000, when the company opened its European manufacturing centre here. The newly let premises in CTPark Pardubice will serve as distribution centre for the whole Europe.  
„We have been intensively searching the local market for suitable premises for the VMI warehousing operations close to the Foxconn Pardubice manufacturing facility for several months. After considering all options available we decided the optimum location was CTPark Pardubice. Thanks to flexible cooperation of all parties we were able to sign the leasing contract in surprisingly short time. Foxconn will legally take over the premises from 1 February 2013,“ comments Miroslav Kotek, industrial consultant at Jones Lang LaSalle responsible for the transaction.

About CTPark Pardubice
CTPark Pardubice consists of two halls and offers in total 36,000 m2 prime industrial space. The park was built in 2005-2006 and is owned by renowned development company CTP Invest. Foxconn has leased hall PA2 completely.    ​
