Pavel Scháňka New Head of Property Management Czech Republic and CEE; Stuart Jordan New Head of Capital Markets Czech Republic
Prague, 13 February 2013 – Jones Lang LaSalle Prague is announcing the appointments of two top managers: Pavel Schanka (36) joins Jones Lang LaSalle as the Head of Property Management for the Czech Republic and CEE and will be responsible for the Property Management services across the CEE region.
Pavel spent three years with Unicredit Bank in their Commercial Real Estate Financing team before joining CBRE in 2005, where he became Head of Capital Markets for the Czech Republic and later CEE Director of Capital Markets. In 2010, Pavel joined GE Capital Real Estate as their CEE Head of Asset Management responsible for all of GE Real Estate’s assets in the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Bulgaria and Romania. He graduated from the University of Reading, where he received a diploma in Property Investment & Portfolio Management and the University of Economics in Prague (Finance and Accounting, Law). His key areas of expertise include: Asset & Property Management, Real Estate Financing and Transactions.
