Reconstructed offices in Slovanský dům attract new tenants


​Prague, 17 April 2013 – Offices in Slovanský dům have recently been completely reconstructed and refurbished. New entrance halls and receptions have been built and the technical facilities of the building have been completely modernized to reflect the latest trends and efficiencies. Slovanský dům now offers 4,000 sq m (out of a total of 11,000 sq m) of A class office space, at a prestigious and prime address in the heart of the city centre. This embodies a very interesting alternative to existing properties and those that are currently under construction. The unique and special attributes, high quality and superior location are just a few reasons why Slovanský dům has attracted new tenants: in March, a major developer, ECE Projectmanagement Prague, signed a contract for 900 sq m and in April, final agreement is expected on the lease of a further 600 sq m with companies active in the private equity and consultancy business and sectors.
