H&M opens its new shop in OC Šestka

Prague, 30 April 2013 – Jones Lang LaSalle´s Retail Agency has negotiated the lease of retail space for H&M - Hennes & Mauritz CZ in Šestka shopping centre, owned by CA Immo Real Estate Management Czech Republic. H&M’s new store will have 1,486 sq m and will open on 25 April 2013 on the second floor of the shopping centre.

Václav Jonáš, Head of Asset Management, CA Immo Real Estate Management Czech Republic comments: „Šestka undertook a significant change of its interior premises last year and this year will be all about new shops. After dm drogerie, comes H&M which is proof for us that the shopping centre is taking the right direction. We are now preparing a few innovations in the retail mix, with an aim to complete the re-launch project by the end of this year and create a stable place for Šestka in the market, with potential for further growth.“

Sylvie Samadi, Head of Retail at Jones Lang LaSalle continues: “We believe that the new H&M store will be an important contribution to the wide range of choice in popular fashion, which, up to now, is represented in OC Šestka by brands such as; New Yorker, Orsay, S.Oliver, Takko, Pimkie, Marlboro Classics and Gant amongst others. Another new tenant to recently enter Šestka is dm drogerie, the leader of the Czech drugstore market, which opened its new shop of 450 sq m in December 2012.”
