Jones Lang LaSalle extends its co-operation with CA Immo

Jones Lang LaSalle’s Property Management team wins additional trophy assets from CA Immo: Kavčí Hory and Technopark

​Prague, 6 May 2013 – Jones Lang LaSalle is pleased to announce that it has extended its co-operation with CA Immo as the Czech Property Management team was newly appointed to manage its landmark office buildings Kavčí Hory, located in Prague 4 and Technopark, located in Prague 5. Both schemes offer modern A class office standards where Kavčí Hory comprises approximately 38,100 sq m and Technopark approximately 8,600 sq m.

The new property management instruction granted to the Jones Lang LaSalle Property Management team follows the management instructions of the Amazon, Nile and Danube buildings of River City Prague which have been managed by Jones Lang LaSalle since January 2012.

The new instruction extends our successful property management partnership with CA Immo at River City Prague (Danube, Nile, Amazon) with a total of 110,000 sq m under management for CA Immo. Jones Lang LaSalle’s total portfolio under management for CA Immo in CEE extends to 2 million sq m”.
