New leases in Business Park Rudná  

​Prague, 7 May 2013 – The Industrial Agency of Jones Lang LaSalle in Prague has recently completed two important lease transactions in Business Park Rudná:    

Vafo Praha, the Czech producer of animal fodder, has leased 8,000 sq m of industrial space in hall 6. This will soon be extended to 12,000 sq m to create a central warehouse serving all Vafo Praha´s business, both in the Czech Republic and abroad.

Jan Kubíček, representative of Heitman, says: “We are very happy to welcome and support the international business of this successful Czech company within our park which, with its excellent location, provides first class facilities for the logistics and industrial needs of our clients.”

In addition, logistics company Transped – SOC, member of the Rail Cargo Austria Group, has extended its lease of industrial space in hall 8. Transped - SOC has been using Business Park Rudná since 2006 and since then, has extended its lease to 5,500 sq m.

The first warehouses of  Business Park Rudná were completed in 1997. Over the past 16 years, the park has grown to 20 halls offering a total of 150,000 m2 of modern industrial premises. Its main tenants include logistics, production and retail companies. Business Park Rudná is owned by Heitman global property fund and is managed by Jones Lang LaSalle.
