Jones Lang LaSalle´s Property Management team has expanded


​Prague, 12 June 2013 – Jones Lang LaSalle´s Property Management has recently welcomed Markéta Květoňová and Gabriela Lakatošová to its team:

Markéta Květoňová (32) became a new Property Manager and is currently responsible for commercial real estate assets owned by CA Immo Real Estate Management - namely Kavčí Hory Office Park and TECHNOPARK Pekařská, both in Prague.


Her main responsibilities include the management of property income and expenditure, support of leasing activities, negotiations with tenants, sustainable property management solutions focused on added value operations, supervision of third party building services and reporting to the property owners.


Markéta has more than five years of experience in property and facility management. She gained extensive knowledge in this field while working for IMPACT-CORTI (Residential Project Prague Marina) and CENTRA (Administration Projects Kavčí Hory Office Park, TECHNOPARK Pekařská, Hadovka Office Park and Vodafone Centrum Vinice). She cooperated with clients such as CA Immo Real Estate Management, CTP Invest and Hadovka Property.


Markéta studied Business and Management at the University of Essex. She speaks fluent English. Her favourite free-time activities include trips, in-line skating and swimming – simply anything she can do together with her daughter.


Gabriela Lakatošová (30) joined Jones Lang LaSalle as a new Property Manager to take care of the commercial real estate assets owned by CA Immo Real Estate Management: Danube House, Nile House and Amazon Court, known as River City Prague. 


Gabriela Lakatošová comes to Jones Lang LaSalle with more than two years of experience in property and facility management which she gained working in the Hamilton Group in Bratislava. Her experience includes property management of commercial buildings (shopping centres and administration buildings) as well as residential buildings. Prior to the Hamilton Group, Gabriela worked in Steel Engineering as a project manager for steel sheds projects.


Gabriela gained her master degree in Civil Engineering at the Technical University in Košice, Slovakia. She is fluent in Hungarian and Slovak and also speaks English and French. Her hobbies include reading and traveling. Among her favourite activities belong dancing, especially Latin American dances.
