Jones Lang LaSalle‘s team growth continues

​Prague, 26 June 2013 – The Prague office of Jones Lang LaSalle has recently welcomed new and returning team members: Petra Pisková as a Senior Valuer, returning from maternity leave and Jaroslav Novák as a Senior Project Manager in the Project and Development Services department.

Petra Pisková MRICS (34) returns to the Valuation department as a Senior Valuer after 1.5 years on maternity leave. Petra has over six years of experience working within the Central and Eastern European (CEE) market and brings with her a depth of valuation experience relating to loan security, due diligence and accounting work for major banks, developers and property companies.

Petra joined Jones Lang LaSalle after its merge with King Sturge where she started as an investment agent in 2006 and then moved to the valuation team in 2008. In the investment department she specialised in acquisitions and disposals of commercial real estate on behalf of a variety of national and international funds, property companies and private investors. Petra started her professional career in the residential business in Atlanta, USA.
Petra is an RICS Registered Valuer and holds an Economics degree from the University of Thomáš Baťa in Zlín and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Investment and Management from Sheffield Hallam & Nottingham Trent University. Her hobbies include sports, traveling, scuba-diving and reading.

Jaroslav Novák (59) has joined the Project and Development Services team of Jones Lang LaSalle Prague as a Senior Project Manager. His duties include project management consultancy, advising on cost and time frameworks, tendering processes, construction monitoring, quality and health and safety control. From April, Jaroslav started to work on projects such as tenant fit-outs for Smiths Medical in CTPark Hranice and technical supervision of the reconstruction of the wax museum for Musee Grevin in Prague.

Previously, Jaroslav worked for a number of companies such as the consulting and engineering firm Tebodin, shopping and entertainment centre developer - Plaza Centers and Immorent CR. He also worked on a number of interesting projects in the Czech Republic and abroad including: an Electro Power Plant in Kladno, power plant Muridke in Pakistan and the kaolin processing plant in Dong-Hoi in Vietnam.

Jaroslav graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of CTU in Prague. He likes sports – especially cycling and skiing. Among his other hobbies are gardening, traveling and architecture.
