Czech Jones Lang LaSalle is strengthening its Tenant Representation team


​Prague, 23 September 2013 – The Tenant Representation team of Jones Lang LaSalle has expanded by two new colleagues:


Marta Kadlecová (33) – who has been part of Jones Lang LaSalle Office Leasing for over 9 years, has recently been promoted to Associate Director and simultaneously offered a position in the company´s Tenant Representation team which she accepted. In her new role Marta will be assisting and advising tenants and occupiers, both local and international, in their search for suitable office premises or/and representing them and their interests when negotiating or renegotiating their current lease conditions and terms.


Marta brings a great deal of experience and deep market knowledge, knowing the landlord market perfectly well where she has been active for the last 9 years, thus will add great value and benefit to the occupiers in understanding their needs and requirements and how to best serve them. Marta acted on behalf of developers such as Karimpol, AEW Europe, PRAMERICA, Mayfield, Invesco, Heitman and Orco Property Group and worked with companies such as Regus, Partners, Allianz, Fortuna, MobilKom, bnt attorneys-at-law and law firm Vyroubal Krajhanzl Školout.


Marta studied foreign trade at the Business Academy in Brno. In her free time, she enjoys travelling, photography and playing tennis.


Josefína Rybářová (24) has also joined the Tenant Representation team as a Junior Consultant to provide consultancy services and advisory to tenants and occupiers and thus growing the potential and resources of the Tenant Representation department to serve clients better. Josefina will be working closely with the best of the Tenant Representation under the supervision and guidance of Petr Kareš who has been heading the department since 1999.


Before joining the Tenant Representation team, Josefína gained valuable knowledge in the company whilst working at the reception for four years, alongside her university studies. In July, Josefína successfully finished her master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy at the University of Economics in Prague, where she passed a number of courses in communication and negotiation. During her studies, Josefína completed internship programs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic and the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Moscow.

 
Josefína speaks fluent English and Russian but can also communicate in Spanish, German and French. Her hobbies include golf, kick box, travelling and related culinary experiences.
