Jones Lang LaSalle´s Property Management team has a new member

​Prague, 20 February 2014 – In January, Pavla Řezníčková (39) joined the Property Management team at Jones Lang LaSalle as its new Chief Property Management Accountant to replace Petra Janoušková, who is going for maternity leave as of February 2014. Pavla will be responsible for client financial property management operations such as invoicing, reporting, budgeting and reconciliation. She will manage a team of five people.

Pavla has 16 years of experience in retail and accounting. Before joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Pavla worked as a Senior Accounting Manager at Makro Cash & Carry ČR/Metro Cash & Carry SR where she was responsible for accounting operations and communication with suppliers and debtors. She also prepared reporting for METRO AG and operations associated with their financial statements. She began her professional career as an Accountant at Foto World where she was responsible for accounts payable, posting bank statements and communication with suppliers and customers.

Pavla graduated from the Technical-economic-administrative School of Prague in 1994. Her hobbies include traveling, books, movies and music.

Alena Chnapková (43) has been promoted to Senior Property Management Accountant. Alena has 12 years of experience in finance and 5 years of experience in facility management. She is currently based in Prague. Before joining Jones Lang LaSalle, she worked in Bratislava for companies such as Credit Suisse and VÚB in various accounting positions. Alena´s experience includes issuing service charge reconciliation, financial reporting, invoicing and regular communication with tenants, landlords, state authorities and suppliers.

Alena studied at the Secondary school of  Economics in Bratislava. Her biggest hobby is painting, but she also likes books, yoga, in-line skating, dancing.
