JLL strengthens its PDS team

​​Prague, 2. dubna 2014 – The Project & Development Services (P&DS) business of JLL has recently strengthened its team by two new members: Pavel Fischer and Lukáš Kysela.

Pavel Fischer (38) has joined the Project & Development Services team as a Senior Project Manager. Pavel is responsible for client’s fit-out projects, cost management and development services. He has in-depth experience in all aspects of real estate development including tendering, construction, fit-out works, feasibility studies as well as project value maximization.

Before joining JLL, Pavel worked as a Development Director and Senior Project Manager at CPI Group, where he was responsible for its development projects portfolio. Prior to that, Pavel acted as Company Director of ECM China, based in Beijing, where he was responsible for development and acquisition of office tower and a shopping mall. He also spent almost four years in Richmond, VA in USA in a land development and design company working on number of various residential and commercial projects.

Pavel Fischer graduated at the Civil Engineering Faculty of the Czech Technical University in Prague where he studied Economics and Management of Construction. His hobbies include golf, tennis and traveling.

Lukáš Kysela (25) joined JLL as a Junior Project Manager. His responsibilities include supporting and assisting the Prague Project Management team in a broad spectrum of professional services including commercial fit-outs projects and assisting with technical services connected with building assessments.

Before JLL, Lukáš worked at the Department of Land Use Planning and Building Regulations, where he was responsible for providing construction placements, permits and final inspections for various structures and buildings. He also worked as a Cost Estimator in Architectural studio. His duties included cost estimation, preparation of bill of quantities and dealing with subcontractors on residential, commercial and industrial projects.

Lukáš graduated from the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, receiving a Masters of Building Technologies. Lukáš´s hobbies include travelling, mountain biking and skiing.
