JLL maintains zero vacancy in Liberec with Nika Chrudim in P3 Liberec

PRAGUE, 25 MARCH 2015 – All of the 165,000 sqm of class A industrial property for rent (as of Q4 2014) in the Liberec region are fully let, making the region the only one in the Czech Republic to have zero vacancy.

One of the deals that proves the attractiveness of the region for industrial tenants was recently negotiated by JLL. Nika Chrudim, a logistics provider, has leased the last building in industrial park P3 Liberec. With this transaction, the park is fully occupied. The building will offer 7,096 sqm of industrial space and 561 sqm of office space. The completion of the space and subsequent completion of the park itself is scheduled for July 2015.

“This transaction is proof that the Liberec region has secured its place among popular warehousing locations in the Czech Republic. Thanks to its location and close vicinity to the German border and Prague, it is an attractive option for both production and logistics alike, mainly leased by companies related to the automotive industry,” says Miroslav Kotek, Senior Consultant Industrial Agency at JLL.
