Tomasz Trzósło to head CEE Capital Markets Business


Jones Lang LaSalle announced the appointment of Tomasz Trzósło, currently Head of its Poland Capital Markets business, as the regional director of its Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) Capital Markets and Investment business across four countries. Tomasz will assume his new role in January 2009. He will continue to be based in Warsaw. Jones Lang LaSalle is a market leader in CEE, employing 160 people, with offices in Warsaw, Prague, Budapest and Bucharest. In particular it has a highly respected Investment team of 20 professionals across the region specialising in the office, industrial and retail investment sectors.

Tomasz has over 11 years experience in the Central European capital markets. He has participated in numerous investment and financing deals including sales, acquisitions, sale and leaseback transactions, development debt, investment debt and equity raising.

Transactions which he led total over EUR 3.9 billion and include acquisition of a EUR 180 million Metropolitan office building for DEGI, sale of landmark Warsaw Financial Center, sale of Mokotów Business Park or sale of a EUR 150 million 49% stake in the E1 office portfolio of Europolis. He was also involved with raising development debt and refinancing facilities – he raised in excess of EUR 200 million - and in advisory on forward sales and forward funding deals.
