VZP moving into Futurama Business Park

Jones Lang LaSalle secures lease for 456 sq m

Prague, 26th May 2010 – Futurama Business Park is proudly welcoming its newest tenant to building A2 – the first phase of the multi-phased project developed by Immorent ČR in Karlin- Prague 8. VZP, the largest health insurance company in the Czech Republic, will occupy 456 sq m on the ground floor.
Miloš Kocián, Senior Consultant at Jones Lang LaSalle, who assisted VZP in their search for new office premises and client centre, said: “It was extremely important for VZP to identify a project that would meet the required criteria of today’s modern office standards, along with a pleasant work environment for their employees, but also to benefit from the project’s great accessibility and connectivity to the public transport and major roads which is a priority for VZP clients.”
The Futurama Office Park scheme consists of five office buildings, totalling 41,300 sq m, which are jointly connected by pedestrian walkways and underground parking spaces. The buildings will be delivered in multiple phases, which will allow existing tenants to expand and grow in time, if required. The layout of the floor plates offers multiple possibilities, which allow the tenants to reach optimal solutions with regard to cost effectiveness and flexibility.
Miloš Kocián also added: “Futurama is currently gaining in momentum and we see growing interest in the first phase and very soon we shall be able to welcome other new tenants to the scheme.”
