JLL names John Newton Managing Director of Tétris Design & Build for the Czech Republic and Slovakia

JLL has appointed John Newton to lead its Tétris Design and Build interior fit-out business in the Czech Republic, effective from April 2018. Based in Prague, John will oversee a team of workplace designers, architects, project and construction management experts, serving domestic and international clients across all real estate sectors.

Newton joins from global real estate services Colliers, where he was the head and founder of the building consultancy business practice. Originally from the UK, he relocated to the Czech Republic in 2005.

Prior to his role at Colliers, Newton held a leadership role at building consultancy firm Arcadis (formerly known as EC Harris) in Central Europe. Before relocating from the United Kingdom in 2005, Newton gained significant experience in the central London commercial refurbishment and fit out market, working for Tetris competitor Structuretone delivering multinational corporate requirements.
