Josefína Rybářová from JLL familiarized the participants with contracting process and hidden costs of leases and Martin Mintora and Zdeněk Horáček from Deloitte Legal presented the most problematic provisions of lease agreements and specific provisions of lease agreement from legal and tax perspective.
