JLL's Office Agency, in cooperation with Cushman & Wakefield and the ArtGen developer - company PPF Real Estate, successfully leased the last free office spaces in the ArtGen in Prague's Holešovice. The impressive office complex ArtGen on the left bank of the Vltava River offers 23,000 sqm of office space and 2,500 sqm of commercial space.
The ArtGen office project, with an open-air interactive gallery and a green square, attracts by its modern architecture linking two unique buildings called Art and Gen. The Art Building consists of 10 floors with panoramic views of Prague and is enchanted by the nearby Vltava river with timeless design and rounded shapes. The neighboring seven-story Gen has a regular rectangular look with several terraces overlooking the northern part of Holešovice and its surroundings.
Both buildings offer underground garages, air conditioning, restaurants, 24-hour security and a room for bicycles. It will certainly be suitable for all lovers of this increasingly popular type of transport in Prague. There is also a cycle path along the river closely located from ArtGen. In addition, Art and Gen offices received the prestigious LEED Gold certificate awarded in ecological and sustainable buildings.
The most interesting tenants of the administrative complex include the Mall CZ internet store, the software firm Veeam software and the industrial automation leader, Rockwell Automation.
"At the beginning of the ArtGen project, the developer's courageous plan was to build a large administrative project in a location that was not at all perceived at that time as an administrative one. Now, we see this step as entirely visionary and farsighted. PPF has been followed by other players in the marketplace who have realized their successful projects. Nowadays, Holesovice is perceived by the professional public as a Prague location with the greatest potential for development. The ArtGen project brought an undisputed credit to the potential of this location," said Štěpán Šatoplet, Head of JLL Office Agency Department.
