• celková nabídka českých moderních industriálních ploch se blíží hranici 10 milionů metrů čtverečních

• Více než třetina z aktuálně rozestavěných prostor se nachází v Olomouckém a Moravskoslezském kraji
  
  
• novou poptávku tentokrát táhly logistické firmy s 48% podílem
  
  
• neobsazenost po téměř dvou letech klesání mírně vzrostla stále se však drží extrémně nízko na 1,8% v Praze a okolí se míra neobsazenosti pohybovala pod 1%
