Number of launched for construction apartments in Prague increased during H1 2022 to 3,420 units
Overall construction activity remains elevated with 14,370 units under construction
The highest construction activity was recorded in Prague 5, Prague 9, and Prague 4
Number of sold apartments decreased to 1,920 units which is 31% below the 5-year H1 average
Number of new apartments on offer rose to 4,110 units with 25% of the total being situated in Prague 9
Average price for apartments on offer has increased by 2% on the previous half-year which indicates stabilisation of price levels after steep growth registered in previous periods
